Born from a real need.

In 2019, two brothers from Florianópolis spotted a real problem: real estate teams were losing deals because they didn't have the right tools. They decided to build them.

Real estate runs on fragmented tools: leads scattered across portals, WhatsApp inboxes and spreadsheets, with no single view of the pipeline. Agents spend more time chasing contacts than closing deals.

For agencies and developers, that fragmentation is lost revenue. Every unanswered lead, every late follow-up, every referral with no system is money left on the table.

In 2019, the brothers founded Captei in Florianópolis with a simple idea: give real estate the infrastructure it deserves. Leonardo led strategy and product, Jonathan led engineering. The platform serves real estate teams in Brazil and is now expanding into the Americas and Europe.

Technology entrepreneur for over 15 years. Started building digital products as a teenager and never stopped. Leads product vision, sales strategy and growth at Captei.

Before Captei, he founded startups in travel and B2B software. He brought to real estate the SaaS product mindset the industry was missing. Every feature starts from a real pain, not a guess.

Jonathan Fabra Gomez

Jonathan Fabra Gomez

Co-founder & CTO

Computer engineer with 15+ years of experience across operations and systems architecture. The technical brain behind the entire Captei platform.

Leads engineering, infrastructure and technical product. Built everything from the crawler that powers the property-owner database to the AI agent architecture behind Copiloto. Co-founded Reserve.tur.br with Leonardo before Captei.

First projects together

Leonardo and Jonathan start working together on digital projects. One had the market vision, the other the technical chops. From the start, they clicked.

Reserve.tur.br

The brothers co-found Reserve.tur.br, a travel platform. Their first SaaS product. They learn product development, operations and scale by doing.

B2B software & enterprise experience

Corporate software development for large clients. A period of technical and commercial maturation, with deep learning about enterprise workflows, complex integrations and scale.

Captei is born

Leonardo and Jonathan found Captei Inteligência em Negócios Imobiliários LTDA in Florianópolis, Brazil. The first product: Captação Ativa — aggregating listings from every portal and mapping property owners. Investment rounds, expansion to 14 cities.

Indica+

Launch of Indica+, a referral-marketing platform that turned word-of-mouth into a measurable channel for agencies. Branded PWA app, automatic reward tracking and real-time dashboard.

2025–2026

Copiloto IA & international expansion

Launch of Copiloto IA — AI agents on WhatsApp that qualify leads, distribute conversations and run follow-ups 24/7. First clients outside Brazil (Italy, Spain, United States). The international Captei stack focuses on Copiloto IA + Indica+.
